Tired of smoothies? Try a YOGURT FIZZ! Fill a glass half full with your favorite yogurt, then fill glass with Mr. Fizz, stirring with spoon until blended. Our favorites are lime, lemon, pineapple or strawberry, but any flavor will do (or try them all). Our family cannot drink enough of them!!!

Frozen Apple Juice Concentrate, defrosted
Sugar
Fizz

I make these in a 10-oz milk glass...
Pour two ounces of defrosted Frozen Apple Juice Concentrate into the bottom of the glass. Stir in sugar to taste (I start with a heaping tablespoon, since the apple juice I use is a bit tart; you might have to try a few times to get it right), and stir. Spritz in the fizz until the foam reaches the top. Wait a minute, and top it off. You may want to top it off more than once, so you end up with a nice fizzy drink, about eight and a half ounces, with some nice "head" on the top.

No Sugar Added Apple Soda — Make as above, except use two packets Sweet-n-Low instead of the sugar.

Recipe Name: Leisure Water

This is gourmet water for the hot summers of Missouri. At times I will add vodka, but this minimal drink refreshes well without. Not intended for cola & soda drinkers. The trick is to keep all tastes and colors very light. No strong tastes but the bubbles and beyond! The sweet of the tonic water neutralizing the sour lime. Enjoy

16 oz. special mug, crystal or glass please--but ordinary will do.
1/2 Shot or less of Roses Lime Juice
Small wedge of lime squeezed
Four ice cubes
4 oz. of Tonic Water (a lite alternative: pure cold water)
Fill the remainder with Mr. Fizz Seltzer. Stir minimally.
